All prices displayed on our website are including GST and shown in Australian dollars.

Minimum Order
We do not have a minimum order requirement.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required before we ship your order. We do not offer trade credit accounts.

Paypal Express: If you pay with paypal and have an issue with your order we require you to use our own dispute service on our website, 99% of issues are sorted within 24hrs unlike paypal which is a lengthy process. If you open a dispute with paypal before our own dispute service is used we will not be able to rectify any problems until the dispute with paypal is closed or paypal has decided on the outcome.
Order Changes
A 10% Surcharge is applied for any orders needing changes to be made. Changes cannot be made after the order is marked as packed.

Postage Information

Delivery Charges
Emporium:Bride
is set up to calculate the delivery charges for you. If you have items loaded into your shopping cart, the cart will calculate the delivery charges based on the postcode entered.

Delivery charges are based on the weight or volume of the package depending on which is greater.

Emporium Bride reserves right to charge additional freight costs or change the freight method you have chosen at checkout for reasons including but not limited to if the live calculator on the provides inaccurate shipping costs for your order.

We offer postage via:

Australia Post – Quick efficient service with very few issues. December is a period where this service may run slower than the postage guidelines offered. Satchel deliver, Express Post, Regular Parcel and insured postage methods are available with this carrier.

Express Post – Standard warehouse processing times apply, in most cases this is 24hrs (with the exception of the Christmas New Year Period and Public Holidays where it could be longer). We advise for express postage that you look on the Australia Post website for actual transit times to your destination as they may not always be overnight. Our Postcode is 4209 Upper Coomera. We take no responsibility for Express Post shipments once they leave our warehouse that is up to Australia Post to deliver, compensation is not available as we are an Australia Post account customer if they do not deliver next day, this is in our contract with them.

Please Note if you choose satchel deliveries and the items you choose to have posted to you in a satchel are not suitable for that method of postage we will not accept those back for a return, exchange or refund.

Insurance 
Only available via Australia Post insured service. Online pricing is for general goods only if you require fragile items you need to contact us first for a quotations on that pricing. Please note that Australia Post are not a fragile post service and as such we use Pack’n’Send for all fragile items. This is arranged only via a manual order made via email.

Unless you have requested and paid for insurance, our items are not guaranteed and it is the responsibility of the carrier to cover any associated breakages if their policy allows for such coverage.

 

Dispatch Times
Emporium Bride understands that you would like to receive your order as soon as is possible. All orders placed on our system are processed as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving your payment. However at peak periods, we may require additional time, so please allow for at least 72 hours for order processing before the order is dispatched to the delivery company.

Express postage from Australia Post is an option during checkout for urgent orders. However, the standard order processing times noted above still apply as there is no faster warehouse processing available.

Order Status & Tracking
Tracking numbers are sent via email to you once the items are shipped. Tracking is not available on post purchases such as the flash bridal tattoos and nail tattoos.
